These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.

Claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

Eligibility

1. The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands), aged 18+ only. The Promotion excludes employees and the immediate families of Arla Foods, subsidiary companies, their agencies and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
2. Internet access, email address, smartphone and social media account required for either Instagram or Facebook
3. Maximum one claim per person per transaction for the entire Promotion Period. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, agents, third parties or syndicates will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of programme, application, script, brute force or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any reward will be void.

Promotional Period

4. The Promotional Period to claim your coupon online starts at 00:01 on 13/02/2023 and ends at 23:59 on 27/04/2023 inclusive. All digital coupons can be redeemed in-store until 23.59 on 07/05/2023.

Claim Requirements

5. To claim, participants must:

1. See the offer post on Facebook or Instagram and click through to the promotional microsite www.arlafoods.co.uk/brands/arla-skyr/free-skyr-creamy-pot/
2. Complete the online registration form by entering their personal details (full legal name, phone number and email address for contact purposes in the event of any issue with claim);
3. Click the unique link in the automatic text (SMS) message they receive to their nominated mobile number to access the coupon;
4. Take the digital coupon on their mobile into a participating Asda or Morrisons store and unlock it once in-store;
5. Scan a pack of Arla skyr Creamy 450g and the digital coupon in the same transaction to receive their FREE pot of Arla skyr.

6. Claims must be made in-store at participating UK Asda or Morrisons stores. Claims cannot be made via any online retailer. A list of participating stores can be found at www.arlafoods.co.uk/brands/arla-skyr/free-skyr-creamy-pot/

7. Claimants who do not give correct details, do not include all information required or those who make a claim on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified and their claim deemed as invalid. Any attempts to claim fraudulently may result in disqualification and all such claims will be deemed void.

8. No responsibility can be taken for claims that are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected, illegible, invalid or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the web page. In the event of an email address or mobile telephone number becoming inaccessible during the Promotion, the Promoter is not able to retrieve and amend any existing claims to a new email address or mobile telephone number.

The product above is subject to availability in participating retailers. If the selected product is unavailable, this coupon cannot be used against any other product as an alternative. Please do not attempt to redeem the digital coupon against any other product, as refusal to accept may cause delay at the checkout.

Offer Details

10. Reward: Each valid claim will receive a digital coupon for a FREE pot of Arla skyr Creamy 450g.

11. There will be a maximum number of 12,000 digital coupons available in total from the Promoter. For the avoidance of doubt, once this number of coupons have been claimed, no further claims will be accepted.

12. All digital coupons are non-transferrable, non-negotiable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is offered in whole or in part. This digital coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. This digital coupon may not be auctioned, sold, traded, or assigned. This digital coupon is void if altered, photocopied or reproduced (whole or in part). Any such misuse may constitute a prosecutable offence.

13. The digital coupon must be redeemed before 07/05/2023, please do not attempt to use the digital coupon once expired, as any claim attempts made outside of the Promotional Period will be deemed as invalid.

General

14. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. The Promoter is not responsible for the acts or default of third-party suppliers but will endeavour to resolve any issues that may arise.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all claims by requesting proof of identity (passport, driving licence or equivalent) and further verification if required and to refuse to award claims where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s requirements.

17. All claims will be required to provide a genuine email address and mobile telephone number that is personal, valid and accessible throughout the promotion. In the event that the specified information is not provided or is incorrect or an alias, the claim may be considered incomplete and therefore the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate the claim.

18. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any claim, if in its reasonable view, the claimant’s conduct has been inappropriate, unlawful, or offensive or is likely to bring the promotion into disrepute.

19. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected claims. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

20. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

21. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these terms and conditions if an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.

22. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s

23. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms & Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

24. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual issues which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by relevant local law, with any disputes as to the meaning of these Terms and Conditions subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts, unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.

By claiming, all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Promoter’s partners for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the claimant has consented. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679) (GDPR) and any national implementing laws, regulations and secondary legislation to the GDPR or current Data Protection legislation.
