Nachos

  • Fry minced beef in butter and rapeseed oil until crumbly and cooked through.
  • Add taco seasoning mix and water, then simmer until the water evaporates. Remove from heat.
  • Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet. Distribute the seasoned meat and cheese on top. 
  • Bake in the middle of the oven until the cheese is melted for about 5 minutes.

  • Peel and slice the red onion. Slice the jalapeño.

  • Serve with lime wedges on the side.
