Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

Bananas
200 g
Eggs
2
Semi-skimmed milk
150 ml
Oats
120 g
Cinnamon
1 tsp
Ginger (fresh)
1 tsp
Baking powder
½ tsp
Ground cardamom
½ tsp
Salt
Blueberries
50 g
Mixed nuts
4 tbsp
Maple syrup
2 tbsp

Instructions

Step 1

  • Turn the oven to 180 degrees.

Step 2

  • Mash the bananas and put them in a bowl. Beat in the eggs, add milk and stir thoroughly. Add oatmeal and spices and stir well. Carefully fold in the berries.

Step 3

  • Pour the porridge into an ovenproof dish or cocotte. Grease the pan with a little butter. Make your topping by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl, spread it over the porridge. Bake it in the oven for 30 minutes.
