Apple

Ground cinnamon
½ tbsp
Light brown sugar
2 tbsp
Arla Cravendale Milk
250 ml
Egg

Brioche buns
4 slices
Butter
25 g

Instructions

Step 1

  • Half the apple, remove the seeds and cut into slices. Mix them with cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of the sugar.

Step 2

  • Whisk milk and egg together.

Step 3

  • Sandwich the apple slices between two pieces of brioche.

Step 4

  • Melt the butter in a frying pan until golden brown.

Step 5

  • Lay the apple sandwiches in the egg mixture on both sides, then sprinkle with the remaining sugar.

Step 6

  • Fry them over a moderate heat for about 2 minutes on each side until golden.

Step 7

  • Cut into triangles and serve.
