Chamomile Night Time Milk

Soothing and calming chamomile tea is steamed in warm milk for the perfect sleepy time night cap.

Ingredients

Semi-skimmed milk
250 ml
Chamomile tea Bag
1
Clear honey
1 tbsp
Ground cinnamon
1 pinch

Instructions

Step 1

  • Add the milk and tea bags to a small saucepan set over a low heat. Let it steep for 5 minutes or until the milk is hot and steaming. Remove the tea bag and discard.

Step 2

  • Serve with honey and cinnamon.

Tip

If you don’t have cardamom pods, use ground cinnamon instead.

To make a latte, froth the milk with a whisk or frother.

You can also use agave syrup or stevia to sweeten your drink.
