Ingredients

Free Range egg
1
Spreadable
5½ g
Arla® LactoFREE Cheddar
100 g
Stale Bread
2 slices

Instructions

Step 1

  • Grate Lactofree cheese onto two slices of buttered bread and sandwich together.

Step 2

  • Fry on both sides then remove from the pan.

Step 3

  • Using a glass, in place of a cookie cutter, press a hole into the toasty and remove the middle.

Step 4

  • Drop the toasty back in the pan and pour your cracked egg in the hole until cooked to your liking.

Step 5

  • Don’t forget to dip your toasted circle in the yolk.
