Cheesy Potato Gratin

Name: Cheesy Potato Gratin
Yield: 8 servings
Ingredients: 1¼ kilo potatoes; 1 red pepper; 75 g butter; 1 tsp Sambal oelek; 1 Crushed garlic clove; 400 g Mature Arla® LactoFREE Cheddar

Yummy potatoes with a taste of cheese and chilli butter. Often used as a great accompaniment for meat or with a salad.

Ingredients

Potatoes	1¼ kilo
Red pepper	1
Butter	75 g
Sambal oelek	1 tsp
Crushed garlic clove	1
Mature Arla® LactoFREE Cheddar	400 g

Instructions

Step 1

Peel and cook the potatoes. Let it cool. Core and dice pepper.

Step 2

Melt the butter. Mix butter, sambal oelek and garlic.

Step 3

Slice the potatoes and place them on ovenproof dishes. Pour over butter, sprinkle with peppers and cheese.

Step 4

Put under the grill for 5 - 10 minutes.
