Exotic Fruit Salad

Take pineapple, mango, kiwi or other exotic fruit favourites. Make a delicious white coconut chocolate sauce and drizzle over the fruit salad.

Ingredients

Mango
1
Pineapple
1
Kiwi fruits
2
Lime fruit
Peel And Juice Of 1
Chopped Fresh fresh basil
2 tbsp
Finely Chopped red chilli
1

Sauce

Light coconut milk
150 ml
White chocolate
100 g

Instructions

Step 1

  • Peel and cut the fruit into pieces.

Step 2

  • Mix the fruit with the peel, basil and lime juice.

Step 3

  • Boil the coconut milk in a saucepan and remove it from the heat.

Step 4

  • Chop the chocolate and gently stir it into the coconut milk so that it melts.

Step 5

  • Place the fruit in bowls and swirl over the sauce. Serve immediately.
