Flatbread wraps made with delicious grilled or fried cheese, fried vegetables and a delicious, creamy yogurt seasoned with mint. Superb wraps!

Ingredients

Flatbread
4
Butter
Of cheese
4 slices
Courgette
1
Red pepper
1
Turkish yogurt
100 g
Dried mint
1 tsp

Instructions

Step 1

  • Cut the cheese into slices. Brush with butter and grill or fry them for about 4 minutes, turning a few times in the meantime.

Step 2

  • Cut the peppers and cut the courgettes into ½ cm thick slices and fry them in butter.

Step 3

  • Add cheese, peppers and courgette to each flatbread. Stir in yogurt and mint and fold over. Roll up and serve immediately.
