Fruity Protein Pizza

Try this fun and unique protein pancake pizza to fuel your morning with delicious flavours.

Ingredients

Rolled oats
135 g
Baking powder
3 tsp
Scoop of protein powder
1
Eggs
3
Arla® Protein Yogurt
120 g
Vanilla essence
½ tsp
Coconut oil (Melted)
2 tbsp
Maple syrup
1 tbsp
Fresh fruits sliced

Instructions

Step 1

  • Blend the oats in a food processor or blender until they are a fine consistency.

Step 2

  • Add your protein powder, baking powder, eggs, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and yogurt to the oats, and blend again to form a batter. You could also mix everything in a large bowl if your blender isn’t big enough.

Step 3

  • Grease a non-stick frying pan and heat over a medium heat. Once hot, pour in the batter to make one big pancake.

Step 4

  • Once you start to see bubbles forming around the edge of the pancake – around 3 minutes – carefully flip the pancake with a spatula (or with the pan if you’re brave).

Step 5

  • Cook the pancake on the other side for around 90 seconds more until it’s cooked through and deliciously golden.

Step 6

  • Once cooked, transfer to your serving plate and top the pancake with more Arla Protein Yogurt and your choice of fresh fruits. Enjoy your fruity protein pizza as a healthy treat after a workout, or as a fun breakfast any day of the week!
