Instructions

  • Remove any bones from the salmon.
  • Brush the salmon with butter and rapeseed oil. Mix the spices and salt and sprinkle it over the fish.
  • Place the salmon on the barbecue with the skin side up. Turn after 2-3 minutes and grill for another 2-3 minutes on the skin side. The internal temperature should be 48-50°C.
Salsa verde
  • Coarsely chop the herbs. Peel and slice the garlic. Halve and scoop out the avocado.
  • Put everything in a blender and add the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.
