Mix the ingredients to form a dough, either by hand or in a food processor. Form the dough into a ball and place it in cling film and leave to rest for at least 30 minutes.

Heat the oven to 175 °.

Roll the dough into small balls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Step 4
Make a dent in each cookie and put in a teaspoon of jam. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 10 minutes.
