Lassi with Ginger

A lassi with ginger, yogurt and honey warms both body and soul. The recipe is quick, simple and straightforward - try it!

Ingredients

Milk
150 ml
Natural yoghurt
250 ml
Ice cubes
4
Fine salt
1 pinch
Runny honey
2 tsp
Freshly Grated ginger
1 tsp

Instructions

Step 1

  • Put the yogurt, milk, ice cream and the other ingredients in a blender and blend at the fastest speed for approximately 30 seconds.

Step 2

  • Pour the lassi into 2 tall, cold glasses and serve immediately. The lassi can be drunk as a snack or as a drink.
