Low Fat Strawberry Ice Cream

Brighten your day with this delicious ice cream any time you want a hit of strawberry goodness

Ingredients

An ice cream maker and food blender is also needed

Arla® B.o.b milk
600 ml
Condensed milk
4 tbsp
Frozen strawberries
200 g

Instructions

Step 1

  • Blend the frozen strawberries in your food processer – adding a little of the milk will help turn these into a smooth puree.

Step 2

  • Pour the milk into a mixing bowl.

Step 3

  • Add the pureed strawberry mixture to the mixing bowl.

Step 4

  • Add the 4 tablespoons of condensed milk.

Step 5

  • Whisk everything together until fully combined.

Step 6

  • Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn.

Step 7

  • Decant into a reusable food container and pop into the freezer – until you’re ready to eat and enjoy!
