Ingredients

Honey Melon
750 g
Apples
300 g
Kidney beans
800 g
Green white onions
4

Sweet Chilli Dressing

Sour cream
300 ml
Sweet chilli sauce
3 tbsp
Salt
½ tsp

Instructions

Step 1

  • Halve the melon, scoop out the pulp and slice.

Step 2

  • Core and cut the apples into pieces. Rinse the beans in cold water, drain.

Step 3

  • Chop the onion. Mix melon, apple, beans and onions in a bowl.

Step 4

  • Mix the sour cream and sweet chili together. Season with salt. Serve the salad with the dressing.
