Ingredients

Semi-skimmed milk
400 ml
Vanilla ice cream
500 ml
Berry mix
200 g

Instructions

Step 1

  • Save some ice cream for the garnish. Mix all ingredients in a food processor or in a bowl.

Step 2

  • Mixing or whisking with an electric whisk. Season with sugar.

Step3

  • Pour into a glass and/or jar and serve immediately.
Enjoy!

Top Tip

Why not try it with blueberries, raspberries, strawberries or blackberries!
