Ingredients: 1 egg; 80 g caster sugar; 50 ml semi-skimmed milk; 50 ml butter; 90 g wheat flour; 1 tsp baking soda; 1 tsp vanilla sugar; 1 tbsp cocoa; 150 ml Vanilla quark

Instructions

Step 1

Heat the oven to 200 °.

Step 2

Mix the eggs and sugar together until light and creamy. Add the milk and butter. Then mix the dry ingredients together and stir gently into the egg mixture.

Step 3

Distribute the mixture into small muffin cases. Place them on an oven-proof tray and bake in the middle of the oven for about 8 minutes. Let cool.

Step 4

Put quark in a piping bag and pipe onto the muffins. Garnish with sprinkles or sweets.
