Ingredients: 450 ml Arla® B.o.b milk; 300 g macaroni; 20 g flour; 250 ml Whipping cream; 1 Cube vegetable stock; 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper; 500 g Grated Arla® B.o.b cheddar; 2 handful Chopped fresh parsley; 20 g panko breadcrumbs

A mouth wateringly creamy Mac & Cheese recipe made with Arla BOB Milk and Cheese. To get the same great taste as full-fat cheddar with 30% LESS fat, just add Arla B.O.B Cheddar - now its not so naughty!

Ingredients

Arla® B.o.b milk	450 ml
Macaroni	300 g
Flour	20 g
Whipping cream	250 ml
Cube vegetable stock	1
Ground cayenne pepper	1 pinch
Grated Arla® B.o.b cheddar	500 g
Chopped fresh parsley	2 handful
Panko breadcrumbs	20 g

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200°C. Before starting the sauce, cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Whisk the milk and flour into a saucepan and bring to the boil.

Step 2

Stir in the cream, vegetable stock and cayenne pepper. Allow the sauce to boil for a few minutes until thick.

Step 3

Stir in the cooked macaroni and most of the cheese. Pour everything into a greased ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with parsley, breadcrumbs and remaining cheese.
