Ingredients

Pastry

Dark chocolate (70% Cocoa)
100 g
Warm butter
25 g
Chocolate Spread
50 ml
Chilled puff pastry
1
Almonds Chips
30 g
Icing sugar

Instructions

Step 1

  • Heat the oven to 225 °.

Step 2

  • Finely chop the chocolate and mix with butter and chocolate spread.

Step 3

  • Roll out the pastry. Separate or cut into 12 even-sized squares.

Step 4

  • Spread the chocolate mixture in a stripe down the middle of each of the pieces. Brush the edges with beaten egg and roll-up.

Step 5

  • Place the the rolls of pastry with the flap down onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with almond chips.

Step 6

  • Bake in the middle of the oven for 8-10 minutes. Let it cool a little. Sprinkle with icing sugar when serving.
