Pancake Batter

Great for a luxury breakfast or if you just have a craving. Fry the pancakes in plenty of butter and serve with your favourite topping - for everyone to enjoy!

Ingredients

Semi-skimmed milk
600 ml
Wheat flour
180 g
Salt
tsp
Eggs
3
Butter
2 tbsp

Instructions

Step 1

  • Whisk half of the milk, flour and salt to a smooth batter.

Step 2

  • Whisk the eggs and the rest of the milk. Allow batter to rest for at least 10 minutes.

Step 3

  • Mix the butter into the batter.

Step 4

  • Use about 1 cup of batter for each pancake.
