Pepper Soup

Name: Pepper Soup
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients: 25 g butter; 2 Coarsely Chopped White white onions; 2 red peppers Chopped in Cubes; 1½ litre chicken stock; 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce; ½ tsp Sweet paprika; 150 g cream cheese; 1 Can of Chopped tomato; ½ tsp coarse salt; 1 pinch Freshly pepper; 2 turkey schnitzels in Thin Strips; 2 slices wholemeal bread

A lovely red pepper soup that tantilises the taste buds.

Ingredients

Butter	25 g
Coarsely Chopped White white onions	2
Red peppers Chopped in Cubes	2
Chicken stock	1½ litre
Sweet chilli sauce	1 tbsp
Sweet paprika	½ tsp
Cream cheese	150 g
Can of Chopped tomato	1
Coarse salt	½ tsp
Freshly pepper	1 pinch
Turkey schnitzels in Thin Strips	2
Wholemeal bread	2 slices

Instructions

Step 1

Melt the butter in a saucepan on a high heat, without burning. Sweat onions and peppers for approximately 2 minutes.

Step 2

Add the stock and bring the soup to a boil. Whilst stirring add chili sauce, paprika and cream cheese and allow the soup to boil on a steady heat until the cheese has melted.
