Potato Cakes

Potato cakes are made from grated potatoes. The classic way to serve is with fried pork and lingonberry or a fresh chicken salad.

Ingredients

Raw potatoes
4
Salt
tsp
Butter
2 tbsp

Instructions

Step 1

  • Grate the potatoes and mix with salt.

Step 2

  • Shape into flat buns.

Step 3

  • Fry them in butter, about 7 minutes on each side, until golden brown on medium heat.
