Ingredients

Oatmeal
50 g
Apples
4
Wheat flour
1 tbsp
Ground cinnamon
1 tsp
Caster sugar
40 g
Butter in Thin Slices
25 g
Custard
400 ml

Instructions

Step 1

  • Heat the oven to 225 °.

Step 2

  • Core, cut and slice the apples. Put them in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with oatmeal, flour, cinnamon and sugar.

Step 3

  • Slice the butter with a cheese slicer and cover the apples with the butter slices.

Step 4

  • Bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes. Serve with custard.
