  • Grate the cucumber and squeeze out any extra moisture.
  • Mix grated cucumber with the yoghurt. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  • Slice tomatoes.
  • Serve the waffles hot, straight from the iron, topped with tomatoes and tzatziki. Drizzle with a bit of honey.
