Ingredients

Butter
50 g
Small potatoes
1 kilo
Water
2 tbsp
Cooking cream
400 ml
Sea salt
1½ tsp
Freshly pepper
1 pinch
Chopped Fresh fresh parsley
1 handful

Instructions

Step 1

  • Wash, cook and cool the potatoes. Cut them into slices.

Step 2

  • Heat the butter and water, then add the cream, salt, pepper and potato slices.

Step 3

  • Heat the stewed potatoes and season.
