Thai Pork

Coconut, ginger and chilli give a wonderful flavour to this exotic dish.

Ingredients

Leeks
2
Pork fillets
500 g
Garlic cloves
2
Red chilli
½
Butter
5 g
Salt
1 tsp
Black pepper
1 pinch
Fresh ginger
1 tbsp
Meat stock Cube
1
Coconut milk
200 ml
Natural yoghurt
200 g

Instructions

Step 1

  • Cut the meat into 2 cm thick slices.

Step 2

  • Rinse and cut the leeks into slices.

Step 3

  • Peel and slice the garlic. Remove the seeds and cut the chili.

Step 4

  • Fry the meat in butter in a frying pan for about 3 minutes on each side, adding the salt and pepper.

Step 5

  • Fry the vegetables in butter in a non-stick pan for a few minutes.

Step 6

  • Season with grated ginger and crumble in the stock cube.

Step 7

  • Pour in the coconut milk and natural yogurt.

Step 8

  • Add the meat and bring the mixture to the boil. Season with salt and serve with boiled rice.
