Ingredients: 2 tbsp Melted butter; 1 Packet pizza dough Mix; 2 tomatoes; 100 g Black olives; 200 ml rocket leaves; 40 g creme fraiche

Tasty pizza made with tomato that can be cooked either under the grill or in the oven - the choice is yours!

Ingredients

Melted butter	2 tbsp
Packet pizza dough Mix	1
Tomatoes	2
Black olives	100 g
Ml rocket leaves	200
Creme fraiche	40 g

Instructions

Step 1

Make the pizza dough according to the instructions on the packet.

Step 2

Roll out 4 pizza bases, about 10 cm in diameter.

Step 3

Brush the dough with butter and grill them for about 3 minutes on each side.

Step 4

Cut the tomatoes into pieces. Add tomatoes, olives and arugula to the pizzas. Dollop on crème fraîche.
