Ingredients: 1 Packet of pizza mix; 2 pepper (different colours); 1 red onion; 200 g button mushrooms; 300 ml Italian Tomato sauce; 150 g Grated mozzarella; 2 tsp Dried oregano; 50 g pine nuts; 1 pinch Fresh oregano

Easy and delicious vegetarian pizza - super simple with ready-made pizza base mix.

Ingredients

Packet of pizza mix	1
Pepper (different colours)	2
Red onion	1
Button mushrooms	200 g
Italian Tomato sauce	300 ml
Grated mozzarella	150 g
Dried oregano	2 tsp
Pine nuts	50 g
Fresh oregano	1 pinch

Instructions

Step 1

Heat the oven to 250 °C. Make the pizza dough according to the instructions on the packet. Roll out two large pizza bases, placing them on pizza oven trays.

Step 2

Cut the peppers and mushrooms. Thinly slice the onion. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough. Sprinkle over 2/3 of the cheese, add the vegetables. Sprinkle with oregano and the rest of the cheese.
